Spring Flower Fundraiser

   Intermediate Spring Flower FUNDRAISER

February 2015

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The intermediate classes will be participating in a Spring Flower Fundraiser. We will be selling 4.5  inch Hydrangeas (Blue and Pink) and 4.5 inch Azaleas (White and Purple) for the Spring Season. Each plant will cost $10. This fundraiser is on a voluntary basis in an effort to off-set the cost of their end of the year field trips. Students will receive half of the money ($5) that will be recorded and used towards their field trips. Students should be cautious and only raise enough funds required to supplement the cost of their trips. Please understand that there is NO carry-over of fundraising accounts for students from Grade 7 to Grade 8. Extra monies raised will be used at the teacher’s discretion to assist other students on field trip costs. The grade 7 classes are planning to go to Fort Malden, Friday May 15th and Pelee Island, Tuesday June 16th. Each of these trips will be approximately $30 / student.
We will begin selling on February 23rd. All ORDERS and MONEY are due on MARCH 11th. If paying by cheque, please make them payable to Jack Miner Public School. The plants will be DELIVERED on MARCH 25th, and students will be responsible for making arrangements for transporting and delivering them to their customers.

Thanks for your support,

The Intermediate Teachers.
