Name Tag – Elements of Design Review 

Create a Name Tag that will stand on its own. The Name tag should be visible from the front of the room and have the following success criteria. 

	Level 1	Level 2	Level 3	Level 4
Line	Design includes 1 type of line	Design includes 2 different types of lines	Design contains 3 different types oi lines	Design includes 4 or more different types of lines
Colour	Name Tag has limited colours	Name tag has some colour that enhance the design	Name tag includes colours that are bold and add to the design	Name tag is colourful and has colours chosen carefully/neatly
Shape	Name tag has 1 image that represents me	Name tag contains 2 images that represent me	Name tag contains 3 images/shapes that represent me	Name tag has 4 or more images/shapes that represent me
